The one thing I hope

Is that no one goes out and harasses the "original" canon couple's fans. Like, don't be a dick. They have that corner of canon, we have our corner of canon now, too.

Now there will be fights over "what is and isn't canon" but honestly? Canon is what you make of it. And remember, canon isn't really important in the grand scheme of things. It gives us fans a better, happier ending. One that a lot of us wanted.

So, for that.... I am happy. But I hope no one turns their happiness into cruelty or spite.

And again.... canon is just a jumping board for people to enjoy. Do what you like in fandom, whatever your little heart desires.
