But yes, I am!! I have no idea why, but I like them. I just think it's so funny for someone so normal and pathetic, like ARG, to be with Learnerer, a weird alien guy who is chaotic, rude, and curious. They would be so dysfunctional, but it's so beautifully dumb. I love to think of them as these two guys who are not dating and always try to make it clear they aren't, but eventually, they end up with each other anyway. I would call them and this kind of dynamic that I like. Shitty sitcom style. Where it's a mix of opposites attract and messy will they won't they. But it's mostly Learnerer roping (eyy) Arg into a scheme or something dangerous because arg has no backbone, and Learnerer is probably the only "friend" he has. Learnerer refers to him as an associate. It's hard learned money, but arg allows for Learnerer to do him dirty at the end all the time. In Future AU, they don't actually date/get married until they're older, and later in the story, they're mostly in the background until we go into the second part with all the fankids. Oh, and yes, their kid. Who is arg's bio kid, but the Learnerer is the step dad. Because ARG got a kid accidentally, and the mom dipped. And if you know who the mom is, that's funny. Learnerer knows that arg had a fling with someone else, but they weren't dating that week, so it was fine. He's still trying to learn about relationships anyway.
