You know, watching what is happening right now in that country (especially from Germany), it for once isn't that hard anymore to imagine an Omegaverse world that is really dark. Thats just on the brink. Started already with laws that take rights from Omegas. It had been slow in the beginning and the consens had been not to worry so much and stop it with the red flags. "Just follow the law and you will be good!"
It would end with unmated Omegas being detained. Just as much as already mated ones, that don't have their papers with them. Everyone can have a bite on their necks after all. It's getting worse. Even hits children that are most likely to present as Omegas.
To mate them off for their own good ofc. To have them home again, where they belong. In the kitchen and bed.
In a world like this I would see Jason (Omega, because he IS :P) as a militant for Omega rights at some point. Like, zero fucks given and just going in and blowing these detainment centers up left and right. There would be shakingly recorded Videos, showing him shrugging off Alpha commands and laughing in their faces, before beating them until they stop moving. He wouldn't kill them in the beginning, since there is need to escalate upwards.
There are warrants out for him, but what else is new?
More and more videos would appear. Some with Harley in them. Some with just showing the end of a whip from a slim shadowy figure. Maybe one such a raided facility would grow into a jungle over night. However could that happen?
The world would know. The Red Hood is an Omega and he is not taking this shit lying down. The "Alpha Supreme Court" is worried that this might start a civil war. The good guys (Vigilantes, Heros and that) are on the fence. Where does it start? Where does it end? Aren't they there to protect? But what about laws?
Even in a Comic book world, I honestly would see only some of them jumping the same train early on and a lot more of the gray-zone Villains right away.
I dunno. I hope I didn't offend anyone with this, since it does hit a bit too close to what is happeing in real time atm. It was just somthing I could see him doing.
I am not even 100% sure where the other bats and especially Dick and Bruce would be on that. Sure, they wouldn't like the whole scenario at all but going this openly against law enforcement would endanger them and their secret identities and then what about their cities? Its wouldnt be as easy as black and white.
