The next chapter should be up in a few days —there's a lot happening in my life with my master degrees, a job search and severe lack of resources. I want to be consistent and post/read regularly on here, but it's been super hectic. The fifth chapter of The Lily Of Bangtan and the beginning of The Moonflower Of Bangtan are in the works too.. but I'm stuck. I will probably explain more or atleast better in a few days but for now, be rest assured it might take me time but I'll post as soon as I have something worth posting ♥️

Heyy! I finally got around to reading "you never walk alone" and your writing seriously blows me away. Reading the 4th chapter of Lily of Bangtan, I realised that the next chapter is gonna be the wedding, where I assume Saera and Jin will meet. Another variable that I hadn't really given much thought is Jin's current wife, Yeojin. What's the deal with the two of them? Also why exactly can't Jangmi and Tae talk to each other? I mean they are already engaged. Sorry if this seems kinda dumb — 🦚

First off, I'm absolutely ashamed at having vanished out of here, but life has been such a rollercoaster ride the past year or so that I didn't find the mind space to come on here, much less work on any writing. I apologise and I'll try to do better. Moving on.. 😬

You Never Walk Alone is my baby 😂 ✨my first-born✨ and it's my longest brain-dwelling story ♥️ I can't truly wait to write more 🥺 I have some ✨ ideas✨ for it and I'm going to have fun writing it 😉 The second chapter has been updated today, so I hope you like it 🥰

And as for Jin and Yeojin, they are the better, slightly safer, questionably healthy example of bangtan-marriage-gone-wrong.

Yeojin is a pretty important negative character. If she wasn't there, Jin and Saera would've had a very, very different road to being married. There's a lot to unpack in their past —but it has been a while since they met, so you are right 🤩 they are going to meet again at the wedding.

At one point, Jin and Saera could have been even considered close friends but now, there's too many cracks in their bond to be considered a friendship anymore.

They will remain amicable of course, but there's a lot of unsaid words between them to get into all this comfortably 🤐

To Taehyung and Jangmi now.

In Bangtan, long engagements don't really exist —the main reason being that the couple get too curious, impatient, do the deed and fail during the sheet ceremony. I think I'll highlight it during the sixth chapter but the Sheet Ceremony is the final step to becoming the mafia man's wife. If you don't prove that you have remained pure for the wedding night, you are not accepted into the family.

Again, this is a pretty stupid way they handle things —First, if an engaged couple does it consensually, it shouldn't be a problem but lacking patience and self-control isn't really a good look for the mafia, is it?

Now, failing the sheet ceremony isn't a big deal for the man —because let's be honest, no man in Bangtan gets married as a virgin and there's no unscientific way to prove that he is pure. But, for a woman, her purity is determined in the most unscientific possible and not passing this test, is the end of her life. Not the best way to handle it, but this is how it's done in Bangtan.

During the engagement period, dates and talking to them etc used to be heavily frowned up on when the current Don was younger. When the current Don took over, dates were allowed but with chaperones. Over the last decade or so, a date or two after the engagement, exchanging numbers and interacting at social gatherings and at the soon-to-be bride's home is accepted, even expected by the brides.

Taehyung and Jangmi are the longest engaged couple in Bangtan, but the interest in this marriage or engagement is heavily one-sided. Plus, Jangmi is studying abroad; Taehyung specifically takes up missions that ensure he stays in Korea and keeps himself busy.

They went on one date right after the engagement and a few phone calls after that, but Taehyung's lack of interest was enough to curb Jangmi's overwhelming interest 😶

So, as of now there's no dates, no calls, Jangmi had his number, but is always too scared to text him or call him. This is also why she heavily relies on Nari for her daily Taehyung updates.

The relationship is complicated at best, and I hope this mess of an answer to your question keeps you satiated enough till I actually write their story 😇

I hope youre doing well and been taking care of yourself. Im seriously hope the uni shit is sorted. I just read The Lily Of Bangtan and the only regret i have rn is not having read it sooner!

This is such a wonderful story, and for a Namjoon enchanted peasant like me, this is such a blessing. Namjoon has such a powerful and enigmatic kind of vibe in here ( you might say obviously he's the next in line to be the Don hes supposed to be that way, but i think the way youve portrayed him makes it soooooo mysterious yet so powerful did it for me)

I love Nari too, damn she's got such sass and i love the fact that she doesn't back down, and keeps Namjoon absolutely on his toes while she expresses her displeasure over his "You can have anything from me but love" wtf!!!!!!! I can't wait to see this man losing his heart to her (please tell me does)

I have one question though, Is there going to be a back story to why Namjoon didn't want to have love in his relationship with Nari? (I may sound dumb but i was curious)

The chemistry between them is a freaking hundred here, like dude they'd set fire around them with that sexual tension and the intensity ✨

I am in love with the Don and his wife, I mean where do you find Such in-laws?!? They're so amazing and I lost it when the Don had the entire elite dancing with Nari to prove her point! Smooth! Genius!

While we are it, Please tell me where I can find a best friend like Jangmi:)

Joon stories are blessings in itself and honestly, any story that lets us fantasize about his buff body, deep voice, dark eyes, sweet dimples and classy personality is just ✨ chef's kiss ✨

I truly hope that anyone who reads The Lily Of Bangtan thinks Namjoon is mysterious and powerful too because this man levels up and levels down at the same time as the story progresses 😅 All that mystery will probably melt down soon 😂

Namjoon's softer, lovable side is gonna come out and his mafia-ness will make loud, random appearances —and I fully intend to make Namjoon both stupid, frustrating in love and ruthless, powerful in love.

No, love 🥺 You don't sound dumb at all and I completely understand your curiosity considering I haven't spoken much about his life and thoughts from his point of view 😅 and I hate to admit it but there isn't a backstory necessarily but more like reasons behind his hesitance to love if that makes sense —questionably valid reasons, which I will talk about over the course of the story. It's not one huge event, but more smaller events that snowballed into him denying love for his partner and himself.

He's seen things around him and decided that no, love is too much —it gives too much and takes too much and I don't want it 🙂

I absolutely adore mafiatan!nari too —i remember the first trait I wrote for her personality was fiery. It's something that I remember everytime I write her —fiery, sweet and hopeful.

A lot of things Namjoon says really doesn't please Nari in the beginning —it crushes her hopes for future, you know. She doesn't like that he was talking like he knows nothing will come out of the matrimony. She wants to hope for something good and he was just dampening her blossoming hope, on the day they were engaged no less 😂

Namjoon does lose his heart to Nari. It's not like he has a choice 🤪 I love Nari too much to put her through any unrequited affection bullshit, but it's an odd way Namjoon handles things 🙃

At this point in the story, Namjoon definitely respects her —maybe even cares for her as his duty towards her as the husband but the affection isn't quite there yet 🙂 but it happens and it happens fast for them 😉

After every scene of the two together, I pray that people can sense the ✨tension✨

It's the effect of them knowing for years that they are going to be together while running in the same circles, being so close to each other and yet not being able to acknowledge the other and their impending relationship 🙄

It is bound to do something to people 🥴 for these two, it got them fired up and ready to explore the other 🤪 they just need the green light and alone time now 😂

I'm trying to not give spoilers 🥴but I feel like I've already slipped something up somewhere 🤡

As for the Don and Madam 🤩 They are some of my favourite side characters in the series —at this point actually, only favourite side characters. I would love to have them as my in-laws ☺️ I've seen ✨toxic✨ in-laws and honestly, I'm just trying to manifest great in-laws for myself 🙄 they say writing it down works 😉 that's what's I'm truly trying to do 😂

The Don is a very action-oriented man —he doesn't talk as much but he's really good at making a point with his actions, which might I tell you is a family trait with the Kims.

And yeah, I loved the idea of the Elites dancing with Nari to prove a point to someone unimportant too! I mean, I kinda was proud of myself for coming up with that and I know many others have far more grand ideas but I loved this one ♥️ I wish I could've written it better though because I don't feel like I did the scene enough justice 😅 I mean in a movie, that could be an iconic scene or maybe not and I'm just this too far 🤡 I mean, imagine the music, the grand dresses, the handsome men taking turns to dance with you but yeah, I love the scene, but I don't like how I wrote it 🙃 and this is a running theme —one elite fucks up, the remaining six will be there to fix it 😂

You are right, my love 🥺 spot on, actually 😂 I was stuck between being impressed that you called it literally three chapters before the shit happens and half bummed because I thought I was being oh-so-discreet 🤡 but yes, there's going to be angst, not lot of it and hopefully it's the good kind! Before that though, I want to cushion everyone with enough fluff so that the angst hits harder, and then, we can add more fluff to stitch the wounds back up 🥰

There's a part of me that wants things to escalate rapidly but at the same time, a part of me wants to set a pace and enjoy the journey of it, because Nari and Namjoon's story is the least complicated one and like the perfect Bangtan marriage story (meeting, marriage, falling in love and kids) of Mafiatan 🥰🥺 The rest have a wild ride coming up for them 😜

Oh, trust me, Nari is going to crack the walls to his heart and our Joonie boy will drop his tough boy act very soon 😂 but it's a journey —a beautiful one though 🙂

Hello, dear anonie 🥰 I'm actually impressed that you caught on it this early into the fic —I was thinking I was being subtle, apparently not 🙄 but yeah Moon Saera is the main character in The Moonflower Of Bangtan. And yes, as of now in the series, Jin is married to Jang Yeojin, Cappo Jang's daughter.

From the description, we know that Saera has lost her husband, who was Jin's bestfriend and as The Lily Of Bangtan progresses, there's things that'll happen which will lead to the two getting married. I won't elaborate because their characters, pasts and relationships will get explored more in their own story.

Because all the stories happen in the same universe, some of them have friendships with the other characters before their marriage to the boys and they do eventually live in the same place —the Elite Estate, and grow to have a sisterhood among them. The characters are and will be constantly mentioned, seen or shown in a different lens other than their own to make it realistic.

It's not as complicated as I am making it seem, really 😅 it's not a big deal. Treat them as you would treat any supporting character, till their own story happens 😊🥰

I think I cleared something up or maybe you didn't really have a confusion and I just clowned myself 🙄 but yes, Saera is the main character of Jin's story 🥺
