"Close it, close it!!!!! Close it, close it, close it."
A very flashy looking girl ran into Guru's apartment, panting heavily, and slammed the door shut. Guru was brushing his teeth when the girl ran in -causing the paste residue to drip down his rough stubbled chin. The girl locked all of the locks starting with the top chain lock all the way to the slide lock under the doorknob. (Being a gangster formerly, Guru needed the protection.)
"Shhwhat the shwell?" Guru yelled through the bubbles in his mouth.
The girl turned around to reveal a face that was warm but unfamiliar, -though stunning to Guru- and calmed her strong breaths down to a few huffs. She then began laughing out of the blue causing Guru to cock an eyebrow and growl.
"What. The. Hell." Guru whispered to her, unsure if it was a prank or something.
The girl stretched and then fell onto his couch, laying down and putting her head on the armrest.
Then Guru saw her poke her hand out from the couch and wave at him.
"Myself Dimple," introduced the disembodied voice.
Guru spit the residue into his sink and turned the water knob to wash it down. Then he yanked out a loose pipe that Guru always hid for safety and waved it in Dimple's general direction.
"Get off my couch." Guru yelled at her, "Are you belonging to his gang?"
"Woah woah!" Dimple wrapped a hand on top of the sofa's backrest and pulled herself up. "Excuse me!"
Guru wrapped his grip tighter around the pipe since the girl displayed no fear for the weapon. She walked over to him and cocked an eyebrow.
"Chill, kid," She pushed the pipe down to point at the ground and stuck another hand out for him to shake, " 'm Dimple. Dimple Chaddha, and chill bro. I'm not a gang member trying to sack you. Now got any food?"
"Food?"
Guru threw the pipe on the floor cautiously since she could pull something like socking him after he put it down. But she seemed more interested in the cheetos on his kitchen table.
"This is perfect!" She exclaimed before grabbing it and scooping the cheetos into her mouth by the pound.
"Are you going now?" Guru was still shaking from the shock of her barging into his apartment like that.
Strong and former gang member or not, Guru's still a fearful human under all that skin like everyone else.
"Why are you here anyway?" He hissed at her, hiding behind the kitchen doorway.
Dimple poked her head out from the other side of the doorway -making Guru scream ear piercingly- and cracked up.
"Oh go-HAHAH-Ohhhhh...oh...I'm oka-okay phew. That..." She recovered from laughing while wagging her finger at him, "That...was funny alright."
Guru growled at her which caused her to become serious.
"Oh. So basically I had a crappy one night stand because I had a little..." She made a drinking gesture with her thumb, "...and basically I woke up and this fuckboy was next to me. What was I supposed to do?! He woke up and started touching me so I just ran into a random apartment to lose him. God, fuckboys you feel? Actually, you probably wouldn't."
"So you're leaving now." Guru rolled his eyes at her.
She might have been gorgeous and also really bubbly which Guru loved but that didn't mean he was going to house her until she figured out her drinking limit. Plus, he didn't even know her.
"N-NO please don't make me leave!" Dimple fell onto her knees and began begging.
Guru twisted his lips into a thoughtful grimace, debating the pros and cons in his head, only to be interrupted by a loud banging on his door. He turned and looked at Dimple quickly who was mouthing the words 'IT'S HIM.' Guru shuffled over to the door, angrily gesturing at her to ask her what she wanted him to say.
She mouthed back: 'SAY ANYTHING, YOU'RE SCARY AS IT IS.'
Guru snarled at Dimple since he hated it when people called him scary, he's not scary!
The banging followed a disembodied voice this time, "DIMPLE I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE."
Guru sucked in a breath and screamed at the person behind the door, "Who is this Dimple you speak of?! I am Guru! And I carry large weapons!"
The person seemed unamused since his tone reflected that, "Shut up and open the door Dimple."
Guru turned around and pointed at his bedroom, whispering instructions for Dimple to hide accordingly. The banging got louder and the person looked through the curtained windows this time. Once Dimple was out of sight, Guru grabbed the pipe that was on the floor and swung open the door.
"W-w-woa-sorry sir." Dimple's one night stand was shivering once he saw Guru.
"Leave." Guru smirked at him and the petite man went running away.
Guru pushed the door shut with his foot and Dimple crawled out of the bedroom and cheered that he was gone.
She threw her hands around Guru's neck in the excitement and then apologized for the hug.
But by then Guru was burning from her touch. "Oh, oh. Oh, oh, oh, oh no, oh."
His hand stuffed themselves into his pockets and Dimple grinned at him. "So...you'll let me stay for a while right?"
"If that's what your one night stand is like, and if you're not a gang member, then I guess so."
Dimple clapped her hands together and cracked up again at his joke, "You're so funny oh god. What's your name again?"
Guru rolled his eyes at her, his everlasting frown once again clad on his face, "Guru."
" 'm Dimple, for the millionth time."
"It's not like I'd forget the name of a girl who ran into my room hiding from her one night stand, trust me."
