I haven’t done this in a while cause life has been life but I feel like I have to put some things in perspective despite how large or small.

Starting to be more attentive when it comes to my own health ( dr appt, pt, etc.) ✔️

Recognizing when I start to become complacent with slight progress and working on continuously pushing forward. ✔️

Working on accepting that sometimes, it’s okay not to check anything off the list and just be for a bit ✔️

I’ve been getting a little too complacent again recently and I gotta change that. My goals aren’t met yet I need to kickstart my drive again .

The irony of me not being completely pleased with my 1st tattoo is great considering it’s a tribute to someone who hated tattoos with a firery burning passion.

All and all I just gotta get back to it. Hope everyone is having a good day
