I love that this is 10 minutes from my house. It has become a retreat that is sacred. Some of my clearest thoughts happen on this trail. I guess you could say that over the last few years I have come to find myself here. This trail knows me. All my flaws, all my failures, all my insecurities, all my hopes, all my dreams, and all of my prayers. When I don't know which way is up, I go here. Here is where I feel close to the One who created me. The one who knit me together in my mother's womb. The One who knew my thoughts before I was in existence.
