Finding a place, thing, person or maybe a mix of all, that makes you happy or helps you feel at ease, peaceful and tranquil is detrimental in living a balanced life. One must prioritize balance in life in order to live a happier life. I found my happy place years ago and though sometimes is hard for me to go there I try my best to add it in to my crazy life just enough to keep myself balanced. Have you found your happy place? Is it a place, a person or a thing? Or is it all? My happy place is mixed. My family is usually my happy place. However, they can also get overwhelming so when that happens I can always count on a quick getaway anywhere to reboot myself and come back full force.
