At first, Eclipsa hesitated to approach him afraid that he was just a spirit and that she wouldn’t be able to properly embrace him, but then another grim thought popped its way into her head. What if this was just an illusion of her beloved uncle? If it was one or the other she wouldn’t deny she missed him as much as she missed her own mother. Taking a deep breath she reached out to place a gloved hand upon his shoulder and when she saw for her own eyes that he didn’t disappear or her hand phase right through him her grip tightened on his shoulder as her eyes began to form tears. Before he could utter a word or confirm that he was alive she pulled him into a hug.
Her embrace was a little tight, but who could blame her? Her life had been full of ups & downs before her crystallization and even more after she was set free. She buried her face into the soft fur around his neck not caring that as she did so that her hat fell off her head and onto the floor of the monster temple. However, her hat was the least of her concerns right now especially with her beloved uncle standing before her alive & well once more.
❝ Hi Uncle Jushtin... It’s wonderful to see you again. ❞
She replies as she releases him from her embrace to face him properly as she wipes away the tears rolling down her cheek after all she couldn’t just stand there and cry a whole river without giving him a chance to speak. Except no matter how much she wiped away her tears more replaced them. She knew she probably looked like a wreck considering how much make-up she must have smudge around her face and got on her gloves. Yet she didn’t care since she could fix herself up properly later right now all that matter at that moment to her right now was to relish the fact that her uncle was alive & well.
