“Gladion?” Elio took notice of the familiar figure under the dim street lamp. The streets were mostly empty, and the night carried with it the twinkling stars above. He did not understand why Gladion was awake, especially at this hour although the same could be said for him.

He came closer, uncertain in case he was mistaken or Gladion simply didn’t wish to talk. As he entered the light, he cocked his head with a curious and a concerned expression.

🔶 Approaching the steps of the Zora Domain was a hard pill to swallow, admitting he needed help in improving his own skills in the water. Though, it made sense that the people fish traits swam better than he. If Darian wished to best his rival, more non traditional measures were necessary. At least no one but the Zoras would know he came for assistance. If any Ritos found out, he wouldn’t know what they would think. He shouldn’t care, right?

Obviously, the only non fish person caught the attention of the natives as he slowly but collectively headed up the stairs, not knowing exactly whom to ask. He probably should have ask if the Zoras and Ritos had a friendly relationship making the journey. The whole placed look beautiful but also cold and misty with the constant waterfalls.

Someone was bound to talk to him eventually, they had to with a stranger wondering about. Just act natural and just act cool. “Ok, who do I need to speak to for some pointers, huh?“

While she trusted the monks to a certain level she still harbored some self-doubt about whether the monk elders were right about her having potential when she was selected. She wanted to believe so, but couldn’t due to fear that if her new friends learned the truth about her father being part of the Heylin side they would question where her loyalty resided. Something she didn’t care to discuss very much because it hurt to think about the countless times she had tried to persuade her father to leave PandaBubba in the dust. Yet each time she brought up that particular topic she was reminded that he did it merely to keep his family safe due to mistakes he made in the past. While it was easy to lie about her father when questions arised she had sworn to do so to keep her family safe from harm and avoid judgment. 

The clock was close to striking midnight, but Cerise didn’t care since she preferred to just enjoy the silence since it made it easier to hear even the drop of a pin. Offering to watch the Wu Vault for the next hour or so she watched as Kimoko went to bed leaving her alone to guard the vault. To occupy her boredom she decided to take a look through the vault at all the Shen Gong Wu they had so far, but when she heard approaching footsteps she took a deep breath then dove into the shadows. As she was surrounded by complete darkness she waited to see who had entered the vault.and when she saw the person who had entered she appeared out from behind them.

Jolting awake her arm outstretched out for what seemed to be no apparent reason, but at that moment it took Eclipsa a few seconds to realize it was all just a terrible nightmare. However, it wasn’t a nightmare it was more so a painful reminder of how fast she had lost her family back then before she was crystallized by the Magic High Commission. Retracting her arm she balled up her fist over her heart taking a deep breath to try and calm herself down. However the more the painful memory stabbed at her heart tears began to form. Yet when she felt the bed shift she turned to face her husband before shutting her eyes to allow her tears freedom. She hadn’t meant to wake him up or for him to see her cry but sometimes the past was too painful to bear.

Giving Adrien a sheepish smile as she gently pushed the stinky cheese back to him, she assumed Plagg probably had quite the stash of this stuff alone. However, she was kind of starving but not enough to where she would consume as much camembert as her fellow kwami. Yet when dark blue hues spot a small opened & half-eaten box of regular macaroons from the bakery owned by Marinette’s family on his desk surrounded by three computer screens. Smiling to herself she zipped past him to help herself to a macaroon while sitting down ontop the desk. As she began to munch away on the sweet enjoying each bite she looked back at Adrien feeling kind of bad that she was eating his macaroons without permission. Stopping midway she sheepishly offered him the other half.
