Call it a short attention span, but Ophelia had gotten bored hanging around with Gem and Ben and found herself wandering around the Riddles’ apartment after getting up to get herself a glass of water rather than hurry back to her friends. She was walking past Fay’s room when she noticed the door open and stopped in the doorway to peek in on the other girl. “Hey,” she said cheerfully as she leaned on the doorpost. “No Dean today?” she questioned.
