The day drug on and on. By midday Azim already rode each ride at least once, had rainbows and hearts painted on his face, and thoroughly beaten most of the games. He was living the carnival life. Now he was bored. A bored Azim was an Azim that liked to get into trouble. Digging into his pocket from a coin he placed it on one of the picnic tables. Az performed fluid hand movements above the coin and it twang with an eerie sound. While the bottle cap of his soda sitting nearby chimed softly. A new conduit for the good luck that Az didn’t use.
Shrugging his shoulders he tossed the bottle cap into the crowd. Not caring who got a little bit of good luck. Az almost threw the coin among the crowd so he could watch the fireworks that would unfold, but a familiar face caught his eye and he sauntered up to Vivien with a grin. His favorite student. And he was not quiet about it. “Hey Vivi! Wanna liven up this boring ol’ carnival?” Flashing the coin at her with a wiggle of his brows.
