Hawke tilted her head up to look at Fenris. It was a fact that she had been angry, upset even, but it wasn’t at him. It wasn’t his fault. Those were feelings towards them, and herself. She could have done something, right? She could have gone with him, instead of being caught up with other tasks. She took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. He was back, that’s what mattered. She wanted to know how he got away again, but it was obvious it wore him down
She shook her head at his apology instead, extending her hand to invite him to sit down. “Welcome back, Fenris.”
