Lola shoved her bags into her car as she turned to the other. “I really don’t know what went wrong, were my clothes not right? Was it my walk? I don’t get how they didn’t like me, I swear I was practically perfect.” This wasn’t exactly new to her, so far she’d had a bad streak in the modelling game

“Well if you think they’re so fucking great you should marry them.” Lola said as she rolled her eyes. They’d been droning on about someone for the past half hour or twenty years, she couldn’t tell at this point but she was over it. She wished they talked about her that way but that wasn’t ever going to happen so she just kept her feelings to herself but it became near impossible when they talked so highly of them that little passive aggressive comments slipped past her lips.
