          “Here.” His tone was positively grumpy with just a hit of resentment, as he shoved a piece of paper into the other doctor’s hand. Darius Landon and Theo Vale weren’t really friends, maybe competitive coworkers that tend to butt heads more often than likely. There was occasionally tension between them, and sometimes his fucking single ass hated Theo more than anything — because every-fucking-body loved Dr. Vale, patients, nurses and doctors alike, (and he... was — as much as he hated it — included in that category). “My patient gave me her number, so that I could pass it to you.” Yet, times like this just felt the absolute worse, because hey, fuck he’s old, but he’s not that old, and here this relatively young (and good) doctor was getting all the fucking attention.
