Thank you all for the messages about my stupid shitty body. I am off to bed, and because they're a bit long, replies under the cut:

*adds organic bone broth to the bag of things I am bringing you when we hang out* like I understand that it won't fix everything but cant hurt <3
I have heard wonderful things about plain bone broth, and if you have some I will gladly slurp it right up <3

No joke, everything you just listed (+ fevers on my end) is what lead me to the rheumatologist. I say go, and even if it is the winter, at least you're playing it safe!!
That's actually pretty good to know. My basal temperature is so fucked I can't really track fevers, I mean I've seen it everywhere from 34.9C to 41.4C. Usually it's around 35.8 to 36.5, but it's not exactly stable, haha. ><''
I think I will call my doc tomorrow and see when I can get an appointment.

Oh no! That sucks... I hope you feel better soon. *wishing you warmer weather*
Thank you! It's just really fucking cold and dry lately, and the problem is everything that's wrong with me could theoretically be related/exacerbated by the weather, but it could also be the whole "oh yeah your ANA ratio is like... sort of off but not Lupus-level off and your CRPS are always elevated and your dad has Antiphospholipid Antibody syndrome so by default you're technically on the spectrum but we don't fucking know"

sounds like you should go... mouth ulcers are a bigger flag than the rest, I'd say!
Honestly, the weird one for me is the nosebleeds. I've got mouth ulcers fairly frequently, especially if I accidentally come into contact with an allergen or I eat anything really acidic, but far as I know I've done neither of those recently.
Nosebleeds, however... Prior to the past few weeks I could have counted all the non-trauma-related nosebleeds I've had in my whole life on one hand. In the past two weeks that number has basically doubled.
