The second got back into town he mad beeline straight for Reba's with a bouquet of flowers and a smile on his face he couldn't get rid of if he tried. As tired as he was of his life getting in the way him spending time with her. The worries about her growing tired of him or his hectic life felt so small.

He trusted her and what they had. If anything he was excited to catch her up on everything that happened. His his heart lept as the door swung open and he locked eyes with her holding on the sunflowers for her

Bruno had finally just started to feel like himself again. After a grueling week of his powers flooding his mind with potential futures over and over again. It happened a lot when he was a child, He had plenty of memories of spending weeks in bed with his sister tending to him. Thankfully they happened much less often now as an adult but when it did he was still useless. Normally he'd shut everyone away and just lock himself away until he felt better. This time he did the unexpected and called Majdala. The two had been dating a for few months now and it'd be cruel to just shut her out without explanation. Before he could even finish explaining how it all worked she'd already picked him up and took him home and took care of him the entire week. He stumbled out in the living room to find her reading. "Morning." He mumbled still trying to shake off the exhaustion. "I finally slept for six hours straight so I think I'm over the worst of it... Thanks again for letting me stay here. It's a lot easier not having to do this alone anymore."

Bruno could not remember the last time he was this anxious. Let alone the last time he went on a date. Yet here he was, waiting on a park bench for Reba. He picked at the wicker on the picnic basket. "Okay, Bruno this will be easy, Just walk around, eat food, make bad jokes, and don't screw this up." He couldn't stop his foot from tapping. "Just don't bring up your family, or the rat plays, or the fact that you like talking to yourself or you know have horrible awful visions of the future. ... god why am I so bad at this." He groaned.

He didn't even notice Reba walk up until he was mid-rant.

"Hey I didn't see you there! You look great, Thanks for coming out,"
