@taeyongfmd:
all duri felt like he could do was bow at the other, when duri’s coffee had been knocked from his hand by someone running by in the area that the two were in. it was something that was so quick and he wasn’t able to get his grip back onto the cup, before he knew it, it had been on the floor, and potentially on the other’s shoes. he felt embarrassed, in some sense, even if it wasn’t actually his fault, but duri felt really bad about it. especially, considering, he could have potentially damaged shoes for not holding the cup as tightly as he could - but that truly a bit of a ridiculous thought that he should shake off.
“i’m so sorry!” he says. “it was really sudden, i don’t know what happened, and suddenly the coffee was out of my hand,” he said. he comes back up from the bow to look upon the other, just to see what reaction the other might have. “is your shoes okay? ah, i need to get this mess cleaned up,” he says, embarrassed a bit once more. there probably wasn’t much he needed to be embarrassed about, but this is park duri, who seemingly can easily be embarrassed and overly apologetic.
nonetheless, without a second thought, duri opens up his wallet, and whips out his card. “here! buy yourself a new pair of shoes to replace those ones!” he says. “it’s the least i can do for ruined shoes! it’s more than okay, buy whatever you want! even buy a whole replacement outfit!” he says, his smile growing a bit more. maybe he was being a little extreme.
