Elise had to admit to herself, she had some butterflies when she found out Jace was her partner. She thought he was intriguing, but she wasn’t sure if that was just because he was the first guy to ask her to a dance... or to anything really. They were close to their destination now, and everything seemed to have gone off without a hitch so far. “You know, I was hoping when I left camp it’d be for a quest, but if we win this thing that would be pretty fucking cool too.”
