Barry was scanning over the crowd of people, while also keeping an eye on Leda so they wouldn’t be separated from each other as they left the group. Green hues flickered over to her when she spoke, while a slight laugh was escaping his lips. “Ready as I’ll ever be. Hey, maybe they’ll actually coming willingly. But who knows, maybe you just jinxed the whole thing.” He teased, before moving closer to her to place an arm around her shoulder. “Are you ready? All we gotta do is find our missing demigods, and meet up with the others. It should be easy as pie.”
Leda smiled and kissed his cheek. “Piece of cake. Now let’s go find ours before all these food metaphors make me hungry,” she laughed. “And don’t eat the blossoms!” she warned playfully. Sticking close to Barry, Leda walked through the casino filled with teenagers who looked from various decades. Everything clashes together when in one room this way. She held her bow against her hip and looked around. “I wish we could save them all...the mortals too,” she sighed.
