Maya had been running around getting her papers graded taking care of Tara all week and this morning you woke up with a cranky baby who did not want to be put down. She thought about texting Beckett to move their date. She wasn't subjecting a restaurant to her daughters tantrums that she was pretty sure came from the little one starting to teeth. Still she'd cancelled so many times already and she really wanted to see the man again. She decided just to give him a call.
"Beckett." she said when he answered. "I think Tara is teething. I don't think it's best to go out just yet but I was wondering do you maybe want to come over. We can order pizza and watch some trashy tv or maybe find something else to do." she said nervous what he would say or if he might think dating her was going to be too much work.
