After spending majority of the afternoon playing different games, Jason and Sadie were neck and neck in their wins. Groaning Jason pushed away the air hockey paddle as the scoreboard flashed 5-6. "I don't know how you managed it, but that child bumping into my leg was purely strategic." Jason joked. He took a sip of the soda he'd been nursing and looked around the arcade for a new game. His eyes landed on skeeball and he grinned, turning back to Sadie. "You down for some skeeball? Loser buys pizza, winner chooses the toppings."

Jason arrived to the open mic night much later than he intended. He got held up at work and by the time he made it to the festival grounds, it was hard to move around freely with it being so pack. After successively navigating his way through the long bar line and getting his overpriced beer, he walked around the venue, stopping at the closest stage. As he listened and texted his sister to find out where they were, some obviously drunk guys laughing and pushing each other bumped into him which caused him to stumble into the person in front of him, spiling some beer down their shirt. "Oh shit, I'm so sorry." Jason said as he caught himself before he could spill anymore.

Jason stood outside Lily's house and debated knocking or just walking away. It's been years since they've spoken after a drunken kiss caused them to avoid each other around town.
