I just found the rules to 3man, a massive drinking game I discovered whilst working in the French Alps at Klub Summit...
#1. no right handed drinking
#2. always tap out when you finish a glass
tap out means you have to tap your empty on someones shoulder nearby BEFORE putting your glass on the table.
#3. the golf ball is in play at all times
now what is the golf ball- this will be explained in one minute
If you violate these rules you have to down your drink, if the drink is empty you must fill it up and down it. so if the golf ball is dropped into your drink that means you must down the whole drink and then you should (i would) grab that ball before someone else gets it so you can be in possession of the golf ball
if you see someone right hand drinking you can call them out
they have to down their drink
if their drink is empty they have to fill it down it fill another
if they didnt tap out, they have to down a full one...
- false accusation gets prosecuted for... if you get caught accusing someone of say right hand drinking when it did not occur, you end up with the penalty of filling up and downing one.
So. these are just the rules.
you sit around at a table however many people
if i roll a 7 the person ahead drinks
you can sort out how many sips per person
so lets say i roll 3 and 3
i can sort 3 sips for sherrie 3 sips for cam
its called 3man because with that 3 i just rolled i now have to drink my drink
and i wear the honorary decor ( usually an odd hat or something, a helmet ...)
and every time someone else rolls a 3 i have to drink a sip until they roll 3 doubls
then i pass the helmet on to the next '3man'
another rule: no passing; if someone accepts the dice from hand to hand, you must down the cup
you must take the dice off of the table or floor not from another player
if your dice falls onto the floor
so; dont let the dice fall, dont accept dice, drink with the left hand, tap out, and watch out for the golf ball. those are things to remember. then just go on and roll the dice ! that is the game
