I'm on my annual vacation and decided to try something new. Following the lead of people like @redteamsblog , I decided to only carry what I could pack in my @lbtinc 3 day pack. So, I cut out things I really didn't need and scaled back my wardrobe. I was amazed that everything fit in there with room to spare. I even had enough room to pack a small duffel bag to bring back goodies for the wife and kids. It was so nice to just board the plane and then walk of and go straight out of the airport. For quick access to a book and my iPad, I carried the SSB2 from @snakedrblog.

Just before I started my shift yesterday, the mailman delivered my @lbtinc MAS Grey Three Day Assault Pack. After night shift and a few hours of sleep, I finally got to play with it a little bit. I'm extremely happy with it. I took the pic next to a "normal" grey, to show the color difference. The pictures with the paracord were taken in the same light. They show how the color shifts a little bit, based in the colors around it. I was looking to put contrasting cord on the zippers and noticed this. Stitching is even and clean. No loose threads to be found. Even on the inside. I also like that the straps come with Velcro wraps to secure excess length. So, I need a little help: I'm looking for an admin pouch for pens/sharpie/etc. This is close to ranger green. Any suggestions?
