I trust y'all know me well enough to know that I've never been a promoter of quick fixes. They don't exist. So let me be clear that is NOT what I am talking about here. I just completed a focused 3 Day Refresh to get myself back on tack. I needed a clean break from the poor nutrition I had let creep in. Everyone struggles with bad choices, for me it was a matter of not allowing those choices to calcify into habits. I feel 100% back at it, my workouts have been on point, my nutrition is back on track and my mind feels clear. In life you get what you put in. This isn't about 3 days, this is about an ongoing commitment to do the best that I can for myself. When I'm feeling my best, I have so much more to offer those around me.
