Last year I adopted my favorite running buddy/beach bum/bed hog and I can't imagine why anyone would have ever given her up, but I'm glad they did. She made it through being on the streets in TJ, losing her leg, and getting abandoned at a kennel. It was amazing to read all the stories for Remember Me Thursday at my work and see how much of an impact one shelter can have around the world. #remembertherescue #remembermethursday #threeleggedbff (at North Park, San Diego)
