Overall Grade (Not an average): 3.5/10

With a franchise who's aim is to "offer a delicious range of made-to-order schnitzels " (their words not mine) I had high hopes. Alas upon seeing premade salads already sitting on plates that they were about to serve up my meal... In the end, it was not worth the effort, the size of the schnitzel along with it's price presents a very poor schnitzel to dollar ratio.  

Schnitzel: 2/5

Pro's:

Looked like it may have actually been schnitzel, not crumbed chicken breast

Con's: 

  Unable to be sure of the Pro due to it being so tiny 

Poor Crumb.   

Tasted like it had come out of a box from a supermarket

Needed tiny cutlery to eat the tiny schnitzel 

Gravy: 0 /5

Pro's:

Con's: 

They looked at me like I had stolen something when I asked for gravy

They then said "how about mayonnaise?" 

Did not have gravy at all

Pro's:

Chips were very very tasty. Like really tasty. If this were a chip blog, I'd give them a 4.5

Con's: 

Pretty sure the salad had been preprepared and was already sitting on the plate when I entered

Salad actually tasted horrible.

Price: 2.5/5

Was $17

Atmosphere: 2/5

Pro's:

Fairly small place, not too busy, nice and quiet

Con's: 

Looked a bit like a kebab shop

Had a bit of a cold feeling about it, seemed too fast food looking

Service: 3/5

Pro's:

Were very quick to get the meal out

Staff were polite

Con's: 

Seemed very distraught at my asking for gravy, almost offensively so.. 

Made no small talk

Additional Information (Not relevant to overall grade):

No beer available

Part of a franchise

Good selection of additional drinks in the fridge 

Ended up going with the Parmigiana option (they called it a Parma) seemed to be fairly bland

Did present various other options such as Parmigiana Wraps
