On the Throne
"Is Christ Seated on the Throne of your life?" A term i never really grew up hearing in the church, in fact it was a term I had never really encountered until around 2005 when I got involved with CCC (Campus Crusade for Christ) in college. However, after first hearing this term about something even as a kid i desired to be doing it has always stuck with me. There is no magical easy way to get this flowing, there is no jump around three times saying Jesus throne, Jesus throne, Jesus throne while sprinkling holy water over your shoulder type of ritual. There is no magic 8 ball shaking action with a pencil spinning on top of your bible type of ritual. And there definitely is no back alley way meet up with a swammy with a crystal ball to get this Christ on the Throne type of relationship going. It takes sacrifice, it take being immersed in the Word of God whatever way you do this for yourself and it takes constantly keeping ones-self in check. So is Christ seated on the throne of my life.. God i hope so everyday...
