Getting to Know You
HAFH: Tell us how you fell in love with Harry Potter.
THE: It was so long ago lol I really loved being able to get lost in a world where I always thought it was real.
HAFH: Who is your favorite Character? Which is your favorite book? Why?
THE: My favorite character is Hermione. My favorite book is the prisoner of Azkaban because I have an unhealthy attachment to Sirius
HAFH: What is your favorite book (outside of HP)?
THE: I think my favorite book is the Percy Jackson
HAFH: What are your favorite holiday traditions?
THE: My favorite holiday tradition is very year around Christmas we would go get an ornament and write the year in the bottom of it. It is so fun to look back at the past years and see what I was interested in
HAFH: Do you like the holidays?
THE: I LOVE the holidays, any holiday
HAFH: Share one of your strengths and one of your weaknesses. Doesn’t have to be writing related! I love listening to people speak, I love to help them understand what they are feeling. My weakness is that I don't let much people in, I would rather listen to other people problem than discuss my own
HAFH: What other hobbies do you have?
THE: I love to read, of course and I love to dance
HAFH: Do you write anything outside of Harry Potter fanfiction?
THE: I am currently in the beginning stages of writing my own book with my best friend. I am writing everything where she is just helping my get my thoughts across and polishing it up.
HAFH: What are you doing when you're not obsessing about Harry Potter or fanfiction?
THE: Taking care of my son but I'm never obsessing about Harry Potter lol
General Fanfiction
HAFH: Describe your comfort zone—a typical you-fic.
THE: Where two people eventually fall in love. I am all about fluff but love some angst
HAFH: If you could write the sequel (or prequel) to any fic out there not written by yourself, which would you choose?
THE: I would have to say Tying the Nott.
HAFH: If you could choose one of your fics to be filmed, which would you choose? Any actors you would hope play your characters?
THE: Since my ongoing fic is Viktor and Hermione I would love to see the original characters play them
HAFH: If you only could write one pairing for the rest of your life, which pairing would it be?
THE: Definitely Viktor and Hermione
HAFH: Do you have a muse? What is it?! If not, where do you get your ideas?
THE: I don't have a muse I just sit down and the ideas pop out of my head at random times lol
HAFH: Do you read fanfiction? Do you read similar or different things than you write?
THE: Yes I read fanfiction, I read similar to what I write. I have read mysteries and I loved them
HAFH: Share three of your favorite fic writers and what you like about them.
THE: I have so many but ShayaLonnie because she is queen, Corvusdraconis because she wrote an amazing Viktor and Hermione fiction and then canimal because I am crashing right into the Kingsley and Hermione ship.
HAFH: Share three of your favorite fanfictions and what you like about them.
THE: Debt of time, Looks Can Be Deceiving, and Minister's secret. This was hard I had so many that I LOVED
HAFH: Does what you read affect what or how you write? If yes, how so?
THE: Yes, some days I don't write because what I read has heartbroken me and other times I get inspired to write
HAFH: How long have you been reading and writing fanfiction?
THE: I have been ready for almost a year I think and writing for about 4 months?
Published Works
HAFH: Have you ever deleted one of your published fics? Why?
THE: No, I have not
HAFH: Share a snippet from one of your favorite pieces of prose you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.
THE: (I hope this is what you mean) “Letting out a content sigh Viktor wrapped his arms around his girls and went to sleep.” I love it because it shows the love that he has for them.
HAFH: Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.
THE: “She doesn’t like other women,” Viktor spoke quietly with a soft smile on his face. “Dora, time for bed.” He spoke louder as he walked towards his daughter, but Teodora did not want to let go of Hermione. She screamed, “NO!” and began to cry. Viktor stopped dead in his tracks while Hermione smiled at him sheepishly, “It’s really fine. I can hold her.” I always imagined Hermione to be wonderful with kids and it for kids to feel so at ease around her
HAFH: Which fic has been the hardest to write?
THE: My marriage law with Ron, Viktor, and Hermione
HAFH: Which fic has been the easiest to write?
THE: My Umbridge and Snape fiction because it came to me in a dream lol I wrote it in an hour
HAFH: What is your favorite story you have every written?
THE: My Viktor and Hermione one that is a work in progress
Writing Process
HAFH: What’s the best writing advice you’ve ever come across?
THE: Write everyday
HAFH: What’s the worst writing advice you’ve ever come across?
THE: I haven't come across one yet
HAFH: Describe your perfect writing conditions.
THE: Sitting down in bed with a cup of coffee and no distractions
HAFH: Do you use any tools, like worksheets or outlines?
THE: I normally write about half of the chapter on paper then finish it on the computer or my phone. I tried an outline but my story went a different way
HAFH: Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?
THE: I write from start to finish unless I'm doing a one-shot
HAFH: Describe the process a chapter goes through before being posted.
THE: I write and read over it then sent it to my Beta for her thoughts and the post it when I can
HAFH: How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Care to share one of them?
THE: I am in the beginning stages of one and where it is Ginny and Theo are the main pairing, also a Hermione and Kingsley marriage law
HAFH: Would you ever kill off a canon character?
THE: If necessary for my story yes I would
HAFH: Do you take liberties with canon or are you very strict about your fic being canon compliant?
THE: I try to stay true to canon as I can
HAFH: Is there a character, book, scene, etc from canon (above all others) that inspires you?
THE: Sirius and Harry speak in Grimmauld place about the darkness inside everyone
HAFH: Is there a trope you’ve yet to try your hand at, but really want to? Or one you never would want to write?
THE: Draco and Hermione and Sirius and Hermione because I have read so many good works and then DoT
HAFH: Is writing your passion or a fun hobby?
It started out as a hobby and now a passion
Revision
HAFH: If you were to revise one of your older fics from start to finish, which would it be and why?
THE: I don't have an older fic but the one-shots that I already posted I would go back and make the descriptions longer
HAFH: How do you feel about collaborations?
THE: I would like to try out a collaboration
HAFH: What do you look for in a beta?
THE: I look for one that can help with spelling, grammar, plot points, and helping with describing things
HAFH: Do you beta yourself? If so, what kind of beta are you?
THE: No I don't beta myself I am not good at that lol I do help someone by being a sounding board for ideas

THE: I have my Viktor and Hermione one (can you tell that I'm excited about it?)
HAFH: Do you accept prompts?
THE: I do now
HAFH: Which is your favorite site to post fic?
THE: Fanfiction.net but I am trying AO3
HAFH: How do you feel about smut?
THE: I love smut but I don't think I can write it
HAFH: How do you deal with trigger warnings in your work?
THE: I try to let my readers know ahead of time just to be polite

THE: I enjoy Constructive criticism
HAFH: Is there anything that you particularly like or don’t like to see in a review?
THE: I don't like when people are rude about a fic because they don't like the pairing

THE: All of my reviews have made my day, I can't single out just one
HAFH: Do you ever get rude reviews and how do you deal with them?
THE: No I have not gotten any rude reviews yet
