Still in shock this morning... We made first place 60 Second Rising Star Showcase @swingpatrol 's #throwdown2018 💛!!!!! . My beautiful swing family @matteo_kbbr, @aso4762, @indipindindi, @saraisdancingbarefoot & @p.schrodinger working with you guys over these couple of months have been such a learning curve and so inspiring. After being persuaded to go to a class by my pal Steve Trumble and Mama Azmy only a year and half ago! Swing dancing has been life changing in so many ways - bringing positivity, community, self expression and just learn to be in the moment. I'm so grateful to have met my swing family, lovely partner in crime @matteo_kbbr and all of the beautiful supportive people in this unique community. Thank you to that supportive whooping audience last night - you gave us the power to be brave and embrace the dance we worked so hard to make. Our incredible teachers @kibblewhite & @katiecobalt for inspiring us every week, we couldn't of done this without your constant source of inspiration and enthusiasm.
