This is the first poem in a book I wrote, don't know if I will ever get around to publishing it. I am currently working on another book though, it's somewhat of a sequel.
Sit back all alone, watch your heart turn to stone.
Your life was all a lie, and now you want to die.
Your tears never leave, they are frozen in place.
As your inner rage burns against the human race.
You keep your head held up, and your pride on high.
But all you feel inside, makes you want to cry.
You live in a world, where nothing's ever right.
It makes you want to throw glass, and start a fight.
Pick-up a joint or bottle, and feel alive.
Throw away all you had, just take a dive.
Blame all of your problems on the maker of life.
