yeah naruto's wind strengthens sasuke's fire but the opposite is also true... sasuke gives naruto a point to focus on. so many of naruto's power ups were due to sasuke as a driving force. haku saying "you can become strong when you have someone you want to protect" like that's naruto in regards to sasuke
