So my youngest daughter has been vegetarian about three months now. Because of it I try to make her interesting things to eat. She's a picky pain in my ass. So basically I've been ending up eating vegetarian. Tonight's dinner... Pasta made with garlic & olive oil, lemon zest, fresh grated parmesan cheese, topped w fresh parsley.
