This season of THTH is so top tier I can’t get over it. As sad as I am about Santi leaving it honestly does make sense when you watch the show. Someone like Santi would’ve been sent home bc he’s not a degenerate like me and doesn’t need to “grow” bc he’s already an amazing person.

I say this every week now but i really need fb to take notes. The fact that we’re clearly the MC but the drama isn’t fully centered on us all the time, we have realistic connections within the villa, some LIs are easier to get than others, you can be loyal or have a love triangle, WE HAVE FRIENDS like real friends who aren’t snaking behind our backs and genuinely give good advice and ask for advice but you can also blow them off if you want to, Amari revealing she liked Antoine this week but when we “joked” that she liked him he immediately reassured us 🥹…I seriously can go on and on about how good this season is…if you’re an LITG player with a Netflix acct and haven’t played too hot too handle 2 yet - pls do. You’ll finally be happy at a pixel game and not frustrated every week.

And omg how different he is from Wesley! Like the dialogues are absolutely different. Hell, even the flowers and the note they both left on MC’s pillow are different. Plus the love meter with Antonie is easier to fill up than with Wesley it seems, just because Antonie has a different character!

Would I consider it? Sure, of course. Is it likely to happen? No, probably not.

Long story long, I just don't feel compelled to write for him for various reasons. I think he's sweet and I loved romancing him, but there just wasn't enough there for me to feel like I needed to write anything for him, especially since he's so easy to romance. If I had the time and inclination to write a THTH chaptered villa fic, I'd come up with some angsty storyline that keeps him and MC apart for awhile, but ugh I'm so done with villa fics (after I finish Amelia Can't Win).

Not to mention, THTH3 is almost out and I've long since moved past THTH2 - it was fun replaying it to get all the achievements, but once I'd romanced Antoine and Ryder I just didn't find it worth replaying. It doesn't have the same replay value that LITG S2 did, and the characters don't have the same depth as the LITG S2 characters. I don't even know what I'd write about Antoine? All I know is he plays hockey and has a sister with medical issues, I've never had any real ideas for him. While even years later, I'm still so fixated on the LITG S2 characters and keep having ideas for them (so, so many ideas) - they're the reason I keep writing.

That said, I may or may not write a hockey fic at some point (I've had a Henrik hockey fic half-outlined for years by now, but I keep prioritizing other ideas), so if I do, Antoine would probably get a cameo at least. But my focus right now is on finishing my 2 current WIPs and the next couple fics I have lined up, and then we'll see where I go next!
