I've been meaning to do this for ages, but I'm nothing if not a procrastinator! So here's a little list of things you should know about me.

Sarah, 30-something, she/her

Henrik stan now, used to be a big Bobby stan (hence the name, which I don't want to change because then my links will break)

The name longbobmckenzie is of course from my pirate!Bobby fics which were inspired by the boys' chat during the dinner scene

I write a wide variety of fics - long villa fics, mid-length chaptered fics, oneshots. Primarily F/M with some M/M. Bobby, Henrik, Lucas, plus a few others!

I haven't played S4 or S5 and rarely interact with the content for those seasons. It's not you, it's me (it's Fusebox, really)

Asks are always open, and I'd love to hear from people about anything!

I get overwhelmed by a lot of content on my dash, so if I don't follow back, it's just me keeping my tumblr minimal. I'm also shy and rarely reach out to others but that doesn't mean I don't want to be friends (I just don't know how, haha)

as i grow older and age in fandom especially, i have waning patience for 2012 style fandom wars. i don't have time for the type of person who goes "why is this the 2nd top ship on ao3 when it bugs me", i don't have the energy to be friends with people who go "i specifically expressed dislike for this ship and people still write it?" and i have absolutely no time for someone who goes "this very personal trauma i have projected onto this random character and ship should be recognized and agreed by everyone else, otherwise they're bad people"

2024 Year in Review

Finished/worked on the following chaptered WIPs:

Whiskey & Wildflowers (Henrik/MC) - finally finished this behemoth after years of daydreaming/planning/writing. my biggest fic ever!

Luc & Hen's Sexcellent Kinkventure (Lucas/Henrik and friends) - my 2023 kinktober fic which stretched into 2024

Amelia Can't Win (Marshall/MC) - still a couple chapters left to publish, but I finished writing this one as well!

Wrote/completed the following oneshots:

work for it (Marshall/MC) - smutty oneshot

Ruby Red Christmas (Jake/MC) - Christmas gift fic

dream hunter (Eva/Titian) - my first foray into Romance Club fanfiction, this is for the book Song of the Crimson Nile

Reached the following milestones:

finished all my ongoing WIPs

wrote my first fic for another fandom

reached the 1 million words published mark!

wrote ~113k words

What does 2025 hold? I don't know for sure. I have a couple fics I've been thinking about/trying to outline, but I haven't fully committed to writing them yet. I enjoy writing and telling my stories, but it's hard to continue putting so much effort into a fandom that just doesn't seem to care about fanfiction anymore 🤷‍♀️

Hit me.” He took a long, deep breath, readying himself. Then finally, he raised two ties. “Penguins or snowmen?” A smile quirked the corners of her pink mouth. “What happened to the gingerbread men tie your aunt sent you?” Ah. He should’ve known that she would ask about that particular tie. “Unfortunately,” Lewie sent a meaningful glance at Mint, currently leaning his entire body weight against Clara’s leg while she pet his graying muzzle. Gasping, Clara quickly covered furry black ears. “How dare you cast aspersions on Major Thin Mint!”
