[ 12:30 pm]: Hey, I don’t know if you’re busy or not, but Froyolo has a deal going on and I’m ready for some yogurt!

“AGAIN?” Nora had never been one to control her volume. Always the loudest in the room, most of her teammates had learned to block it out. Her massive amounts of energy made her an asset, and quite frankly, she could probably pummel them all if needed.
Aggressively curling her weight with one arm, she stares at her phone. Ren hadn’t been answering any of her texts or calls, which wasn’t exactly normal. He was quiet and reserved, and she knew he liked his space, however, it was unlike him to let her know. Being left on read for a week was starting to get old and she was tired.
Before barging in his room, she decided to blow off some steam.
While on her five-mile run, she tried to recap everything that had happened prior to this radio silence. Of course, finals were a pain, everyone had busy schedules this time of year. Massive amounts of papers and projects all due at once made even the most organized students feel like they were drowning. Luckily, Nora maybe three classes that had written exams. All were easy in her mind, so she didn’t feel the need to study,
But, none of those really explained why he was avoiding her like the plague.
After grabbing a shower, she made her way to the boys' dorms. It was still within the appropriate hours, which meant she had more than enough to get an answer. Perhaps not the answer she wanted, but an answer she needed. The feeling in her gut was unlike any other. There was a limit to her forwardness, and confrontations like these were where she drew the line.
Ren was the only sure thing in her life, and it had been that way for years. Nora chewed her lip as she contemplated booking it in the other direction. Slapping her cheeks, she furrowed her brows.
“Don’t be a coward. Don’t be a coward.” She muttered to herself, then inhaled deeply. Rapidly knocking on the door, she was greeted by Jaune. The cheery blonde had no idea what was about to unravel, and she almost felt bad for him. Stepping in, she exchanged some small chitchat. Jaune seemed to sense some discomfort in the air as Nora's eyes kept trailing over to where Ren sat, silently.
“I’m gonna...go get some fresh air. You guys call me if you need anything.”
As the door closes, she exhales.
“So, are you just not going to say anything? Not even a hello?”
