smelly candles: what’s your absolute favorite scent? Lilacs! It’s a huge part of why that’s my favorite flower!
halloween: if you could dress up as anyone/ anything and pull it off absolutely flawlessly, who/what would it be?Oh man there are about 1000 things I’d want to pick, I don’t know if I can narrow it down to just one. Definitely something distinctly inhuman though, like a cool monster or something. The more inhuman the better, go bit or go home you know?
thanksgiving: what is something/someone you’re the most thankful for? any particular reason?I think I’m always gonna be thankful for the friends who stuck with me a while back when I was in a really horrible place with my mental health a couple years back. It wasn’t anybody’s responsibility to help me through that, especially when I made it so difficult for everybody who tried. But they stayed, despite everything. They kept loving me even when I must have been a miserable person to love, and I know it sounds overdramatic but I’m 100% certain they saved my life. At the very least they played a big part in shaping the person I am today, and I’d say I’m better for it.
Chromedome, Tailgate, and Skids? :^3c
Chromedome: What’s that “one thing” that changed your life? For better or for worse?I don’t want to be a huge downer so I won’t go into too much detail, but somebody I cared about died when I was young and it really changed me. Made me realize at a fairly young age that there’s no happy ending in a human life, you know? You just die, and it’s always going to be unfair and pointless because from what I’ve seen there’s no greater plan to the universe. Stuff isn’t poetic, or fulfilling, or any of that. Things just happen, and a lot of those things are bad, and one them is that you’ll be gone some day and your loved ones are going to suffer because they decided you were worth caring about even though we all know how short and fragile human lives can be. I just kinda hate that.
Tailgate: What are your biggest strengths? How did they change you as a person?Honestly I’m not sure that I have any particular strengths, I’m kinda mediocre. I do love to learn, if that counts? I’m interested in just about everything, I can tell you about soap making or ant keeping or cretaceous era dinosaurs or optical illusions or the star wars expanded universe novels or a bunch of other stuff. But I have next to no practical skills, all that information and nothing to do with it. So that’s actually not a very useful strength I guess.
Skids: Have you ever forgotten about something extremely important?Oh probably, but I couldn’t tell you what though. I have some trauma-induced memory issues that mean most of my life up until about 3 years ago is just a big blank. There’s probably a bunch of really important things buried in there. Or maybe not, I literally don’t have a clue.

146. Was today a good day?Well it wasn’t a bad day. Work was boring but I found out the housemate/psuedo boyfriend got the job he was hoping for and I can pick up my bike from the mechanics tomorrow … well once I pay the mechanic nearly 3 grand and my firstborn.

oooo! I hope he likes it! Show us when it’s done and he’s in there! Do you have a name in mind for the fish friend? (and ughh same cycling takes forever and even when its done you need at least a half to an hour to acclimate the fish x.x its worth it though)
oh yeah i’ll be posting pictures once i get him for sure! no clue what i’ll name him yet though, i’ll probably come up with the name once i’ve picked him out.
