Let's face it, Kouji has Takuya beat in the looks department. I'm going to assume that continues to be true as they grow into their teens as well.
However, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say (in correspondence to a headcanon I have) teenage!Taku looks good just about any time. He can climb out of bed and go right out the door and people will still be like damn son.
But JiJers...not so much. He's still basically the guy all the girls want (even though despite having the image of the strong silent type that the girls see, he's actually that world class nerdlord we all know and love), however JiJers sporting a bedhead makes his attractiveness go down about 27%.
