I was waiting until the last video went up to reveal this, but I accidentally deleted parts two and three which is why my videos have been delayed from their weekly posting.

This was the chibi commission that I did for @ask-thinktank of one of his ocs, Skymist.

Thunderponies headcanon *update part 1*

Species: Unicorn Coat colour: Light grey. Mane colour: Grey. Cutie mark: A rocket with a dollar sign on it. Abilities: Can levitate and perform 'simple' spells e.g energy blasts. Extra: Was brought up in the outskirts of Canterlot. He attended Princess Celestia's school for gifted unicorns at the age of 10, and went to become one of the first ponies to go into space. He then met Lucy, and after marrying her decided to settle down and start a business. After Lucy died, he and his five sons moved onto an Island not too close and not too far of the mainland and decided to set up an organization that would save all of Equestria.....

Scott

Species: Pegasus. Coat colour: Blue. Mane colour: Dark brown. Cutie mark: A fighter jet. Abilities: Can fly for very long periods of time. Can't fly very fast though. Extra: Is a strong flier and was popular among the pegasi. Though he a Pegasus he would rather stay on the ground with his ground-bound family members. He did outstanding in summer flight camp when he was just a filly, and once was offered a position in the Wonderbolts (in which he declined). Though not as fast as Alan, he can out fly anypony when it comes to long distances. He is however quite embarrassed by this, and is asking Alan to teach him to fly faster. 

John

Species: Unicorn. Coat colour: Light orange.  Mane colour: Platinum blonde. Cutie mark: Stars and a telescope. Abilities: Can perform 'complex' spells e.g teleporting. Can't multitask as well though. Also can lose control over magic if stressed enough. Extra: When he was a little filly he would often stare at the stars.One day he had a magic surge when he was playing with Scott, the magical surge caused shockwaves in Equestria, causing all the ponies in Equestria to panic and hide for their dear lives. Overcome with fear of not being accepted, John didn't dare use his magic for anything However, when the Sonic Rainboom washed over Equestria, John's magic started acting up again, shooting a beam into the sky which caused the sky to glitter for a few moments.* Jeff then decided to enroll John into Princess Celestia's school for gifted unicorns.

Virgil

Species: Unicorn. Coat colour: Green. Mane colour: Dark brown. Cutie mark: A paint palette with music notes, nut bolts and band aids on it. Abilities: Can levitate many thing (multitasking). Had difficulty performing spells. Extra: While not as ‘magical’ as John, he can perform multiple tasks with ease. He decided to pick up the skills of playing the piano, as well as paint. He was also interested at taking up mechanics and also the practice of medicine, and became the first to have multiple cutiemarks. One day, the cutiemarks he gained fused into one unique looking cutiemark.

Gordon 

Species: Earth pony. Coat colour: Yellow. Mane colour: Ginger. Cutie mark: Various fish. Abilities: Can't perform spells or fly, has lots of upper body strength. Extra: While not being able to perform spells or fly, Gordon is very happy as an Earth pony. He can popup at the most random of places, and most of the time nobody knows why. He won gold in the Ponylympics for swimming, and likes the sea life in the waters of Equestria. His goal in life is to prove the existence of the mythical sea ponies, and even begged John to turn him into one once.

Alan

Species: Pegasus. Coat colour: Dark red. Mane colour: Blonde. Cutie mark: Sports car with stars on it. Abilities: Can fly very fast. Has trouble flying for long periods of time. Extra: The fastest flier in the family. Though not as Scott in summer fly camp, Alan did extraordinary well, though is jealous of Rainbow Dash and her Sonic Rainboom. He finds ways of improving his speed, and is currently improving his endurance with Scott. He also likes cars, and was a professional racecar driver until he retired to ‘give anypony the chance of winning’. He is also interested in space, and would often go stargazing with John (although sometimes it’s a bit boring for him), he also considers Gordon a good friend, and has a crush for Tin Tin.

*AN: although I wanted to add it on here, John's 'extra' would be too long, so this is an add on:

Later in John's life did he find out that he has 'chaotic magic', the only type of magic that can rival Discords own(and plunge the world in eternal chaos). However, he can only access it when he's under extreme stress (or discorded) and the magic itself is quite dangerous (and very unpredictable).
