From the vault, Inktober 2021!

This is my second completed Inktober attempt, again being Pokémon selected via random number generator! This time was all ink (with pencil sketch first). Like last time, not in chronological order, but this time with a handwritten list!

(And yes, I managed to get both Carbink and Staravia in both 2019 and 2021, lol.)
