I commissioned @strawberrysasparilla for my d&d PC Enran Thuranni (left) and his boyfriend, Varis Phiarlan (right)!
fwiw everyone i've talked to says there is a hormone drop post-top surgery for like a year and that can Also impact how you see your results. my gf says it will pass but to give yourself time/grace ♥
that's really interesting! :0 i couldn't find any more info about it with a brief google search, but certainly there's so much that goes into post-op recovery + it's different for everyone. for me i felt super energetic and positive about my results from almost right after my surgery (like 2 or 3 days in) until maybe a week or two ago, which is when i started to nitpick how i look. and i think it's normal to want to stare at your chest 24/7 when you finally get the operation you've been waiting for for years... but i think for me personally it's time to start to try and chill and live my life as if it's no big deal at all. :') cuz you're right, there isn't really anything to do but wait things out & be kind to yourself!
i owe you my life for the blackwallposting it has literally got me replaying inquisition again. thank you i forgot i love that guy
yay yippeeeee<3 i never even knew much about blackwall before i played (and i have been hesitating to play for YEARS; if only i knew about him!!!) so now there's like. probably two weeks' worth of blackwallposting in my queue yayyy :3c

Enran Thuranni:
1- A memory from his childhood
Most of his childhood was bland and full of his father grooming him to be the heir. However, there were a few days during the small windows between his tutors’ long-winded lectures where he could steal away and be with his sisters. Nisti and Darrah were often left to the “feminine” arts and trained to be among the dozens of elite assassins in the Thuranni family; they often didn’t get much time to spend with their brother either. But on those days they could spend together, they spent it the way the average elven child would. They would play, and joke, and tease with one another. However, there was one particular day where the three of them had snuck out of the manor and absconded in to the center of Taer Valestas. There was a sense of freedom that Enran had never felt before. He ran Away from everything he’d known, only with his sisters and his wits, for just a moment he could pretend. And that pretending stayed with him for the rest of his life.
6- something that makes your character angry
Nothing makes Enran angrier than being ignored. Reguardless of his merits, he is, at his core, a spoiled little rich kid. He was constantly taken care of and doted on in his youth, wanting for nothing. The edge of his narcissism was buffed away during the years of his isolated exile, but he is still used to his voice being (one of) the most important in the room.
12- describe his parents
Ohhhh boy. His mother, Sanrephi, is a wonderful woman. Gorgeous, kind, caring, strong, and creative. She married in to the Thuranni family and was chosen to be the wife of Balasor because of her incredible prowess in the political spheres. She can be diplomatic in one breath and deliver your death in the next. Sadly, she had no say in her choice of husband. Balasor, Enran’s father, was a wretch of a man. Emphasis on was- Enran had the immense pleasure of commiting patricide in retribution for all the abuse. Balasor sought only power and upward motion and tried his hardest to make Enran in his image.
18- what kind of music does he like
The Thuranni’s may be masters of assassinations, but their secondary skill is music. Their house has produced many great boards and values musicians highly. Enran, while pushed in the direction of being an assassin lord, was still brought up musically. He learned to play the flute, and loved it. It was one of the few lessons (along with archery) that he looked forward to. Often during his exile, the sound of his flute was the only thing that could bring him comfort.
