First, I'm not sure when Tumblr made me unfollow you, but boo! on it! Second, thank you for being a voice of reason in the darkness, your post was awesome. and third, OMG HOW GOOD WAS THE OLD GUARD?!?!

I take it as my responsibility as a teacher to make people think critically. I’ve failed as an educator if I don't make people question, learn, and take away their own opinions. 

Also The Old Guard is HECKIN FANTASTIC!! I just watched it last night with my sister and I wanna watch it all over again. There wasn’t a character I hated (well besides the villain) and motivations were so clear cut and reasonable (even if I disagreed) because wow, it treated its characters like characters. And the villain was a heckin blast to hate holy cow. 

Also my first reaction to seeing one character was “oh hey Dudley” because of who he played in the past XD

The only problem I had is, because I’m an empath, gore can be hella uncomfy and painful to sit through, so there were times I was not having a good time if you know what I mean, but once I got around that, it was fantastic. I wanna watch it again tonight. 9.5/10

Your magical girl Sides are amazing! I absolutely love the designs on all of them--it's obvious you put a ton of thought into each Side and used a variety of Magical Girl styles to make them each fit. You should be super proud of yourself for this series, it's adorable, well thought out, and incredibly well executed. Thanks for sharing it with us!
