Lamb stew turned out great! I combined bits of two recipes - a lamb stew and a beef stew, the lamb recipe is simple but has never heard of spices aside from salt and paper and the beef recipe is really complicated but has good spice ingredients. A little sour cream, but of French bread, and a @wilsonsorchardandfarm Caramel Apple hard cider. A little #thursdaycooking to use up some ingredients from Sunday. I did a little googling and found a recipe for Miso Tofu Noodles at Nadia’s Healthy Kitchen - I subbed carrots and bok choy for the onions (yuck) and mushrooms. It turned out really good!
