      he’d never been left behind; the clawed fingertips of the       suit surrounding him reached out, shuddering breaths       attempting to call for the man that had effectively created       him, that had been his closest companion -- to no avail.       he was crippled and alone, fearless, but inconsolable.        his eyes flicked toward a noise in the now otherwise empty       museum, trying his best to see the other presence with him.       soon enough, however, unconsciousness took him, quietly.

        bones are broken, skin is split & BLEEDING, & breathing           is haggard; she’s trying to put him back together. keeping           people alive is as tough as it seems & she’s exhausted            from all the running. how he got himself in this situation,           she didn’t DARE to ask, however, the curiosity is still there.           deft fingers are soft & gentle as they set the bones, easing           him into the PAIN that was sure to follow.
