Moon 2, part 2
Char gets intro trouble again. We also meet Thorn and Stoat.
Just to clarify, Clan of Potens takes place in a fictionalized setting, not the real life Australia where it logically should take place. Their realm includes a lot of other animals, including raccoons, which are a common prey animal for the our thylacines.
Thylacinus Potens sketch… meoooowww

Ah Char, always trying to charm Sneeze. It won't work, dude, just accept it at this point.
Also introducing Snowy who is basically every grumpy old man you can ever think about.

Been toying with the idea of starting my own ClanGen comic for a while, so here we go! However, I wanted to use thylacines instead of cats because those are my favorite animals. This is a little introduction page where we meet Silver, leader of PotensClan, as well as get a glimpse at her adopted joey Branch, who is currently still pouch-bound.
The thylacines in comic are a fictionalized version of Thylacinus potens. No, they don't all have saberteeth. Silver just happens to have particularly long fangs.
Ref for Sneeze the Healer girlie.

Moon 1 has begun! Char seems to have something going on, per usual.
I haven’t made a proper post about it YET… so here o introduce you to Thylacinus Potens (meaning strong thylacine). This reconstruction is by Anne Musser.
What’s interesting is that they’re one of 5 animals ever in the genus Thylacinus (meaning pouch dog, where i got my url) along with cynophalus, yorkellus, macknelli, and megiriani.
i like looking at reconstructions of Potens because paleoartists always get creative with the coat because of their recently extinct cousin. I’ve seen them with spots, full body stripes, rosettes, etc
