Tyrion never harbored any animosity toward the Greyjoy boy. He wasn’t sure how that rumor started. Truth be told, he was happier in Theon’s company than with any other wretch at the wall. There were times when Theon’s white hair took on a certain ethereal glow in the moonlight. And his lack of teeth certainly hadn’t taken the bite out of his wit, nor dampened his appreciation of Tyrion’s own morbid humor. Greyjoy’s laughter was solace and warmth in this icy prison they shared. After all, Tyrion mused, what warms the heart more than someone who laughs at your jokes?
