I haven’t been very active on here recently, I’m really tired again. I feel like I’ve had a bit of a flare up since May and I’m feeling exhausted. I’ve also suddenly gained a lot of inflammation though out my body I’m only up by 1kg to what I was before. But you can even see it in my face and everything is just feeling sore including my ears and sinus. Feeling sorry for myself right now.. I can’t do any exercise as anything makes me feel even more tired and hurts my shoulders and neck again.
So I gave in and contacted the doctor, even if the doctors are useless and gave up last time and just stuck me in the chronic fatigue box. Ive requested a full thyroid test, in case it is something to do with my thyroid and they’ve missed it.
I’m just sick of feeing so sick. I keep pushing through and keep going but it’s getting worse, even walking recently has become quite hard and before I could walk for hours and not really mind. I hope the doctors can give me some answers this time.
