Before my diagnosed I was always on the go and I did not listen to my body when it was telling me to slow down and rest. Now I am all ears and I listen to my body. Having thyroid issues is no joke. Feeling fatigue almost every day. No energy what’s so ever is not fun at all. There are days I am full of energy but that is rare.
