Weapons and Gangstalkers: a Wonderful Combination
In the secret society world, "MKs are not allowed to have guns". This, of course, is not going to make people happy in the United States, so there are other ways to go around this.
The most effective way of preventing MKs from acquiring functional firearms is the waiting period, where, once the background check is completed, faulty equipment is delivered to the store especially for the TI'd MK. In addition to all the other safeguards on MKs, this one is the worst. Even in states where cards are issued for eligible citizens, the waiting period assigns a particular weapon to a particular person, making possible an entire range of sabotage scenarios.
A personal example was in California which uses a 3 day waiting period. When picking up the weapon at a store, I had found two spent shells in the case, which was really curious. I asked the dealer about them and he said it was for test firing purposes. I should have returned the purchase right then and there, but instead made sure about the policy before leaving for the range and testing it. As I expected, the weapon was completely inaccurate - it fired all over the place, and I'm talking about ranges like 3 feet, where skill is not a factor at all. At a substantial range, there was absolutely no chance of getting near the target at all. This was my first and only handgun, so I decided to keep it until I picked up another one, which I may or may not have done. It's usually done by a method of thermal distortion, such as submerging the weapon in liquid nitrogen or subjecting it to intense forge-like heat.
The only way around the three-day sabotage period that I know of is via private owner/vendors, who simply own what they are selling, have no replacements for that merchandise, and are not as likely to provide you with faulty hardware, simply because they do not have access to it. From then on, I've always reminded myself: "They call them 'storefronts' for a reason."
Another way around this is to simply saw both ends of a long gun, like a rifle or a shotgun, and use it accordingly. The long chamber of the rifle, for instance, is already the length of those found in many handguns anyway. It might be illegal in some states, but it will still give you a compact method of self-defense without the threat of dropping hundreds of dollars on something that doesn't work.
I've gotten a lot of advice over the years, from making your own to outright stealing them. The private owner/vendors, no matter how sexy the geek projects might be, are still the most reliable option for an MK, and I suspect that the projects themselves are yet another attempt to forestall the acquisition of a weapon by the TI, since the Cult is very strict with its orders in that it typically doesn't allow firearms for most of its own gangstalking goons, and heavily controls the ones who are allowed such a "privilege". The police, which are usually controlled by them completely, are one such group.
The fact that anything other than a simple ID is required should be a very obvious indication of how the ultimate intent is to disarm everyone here, with no exceptions, so that the leaders, still having access to these guns, can get away with anything they want. Special licenses, waiting delays, or anything other than a simple felony background check should be cause for total alarm. It's not, and this alone is even more reason for concern.
