The highlight of my birthday was to watch the sun set over Barcelona, as we were making our way to the mountain top. . If you watched my story from that day—maybe you remember that we got on the wrong bus, ended up on wrong mountain, made our way down to the bus station, and decided to walk up the next, because the experience of being lost was incredibly sweet. I love every moment about that trip! . Everything moves in cycles, birthdays, years, days, as well as a brief moment that last a second. Moments can be gone in the blink of an eye, yet if we’re fully present we can allow that moment to echo its richness throughout every cycle. . In every moment, you have the power to choose. Whether you want to move from a place of love, or a place of fear. Reading @mariannewilliamson book ‘A Course in Miracles’ many years ago taught me the difference of being soulfully present versus living with the fear based ego. . In every moment, life teaches us that we can choose. But its your choice. Every moment has its birth, and its death. Yet, nothing is ever lost.
